The Hydrogen/Deuterium Charging System integrates the Potentiostat and the Potentiostat Booster, enhancing its standard functionality. This system is designed for Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) experiments. One of the most important parameters the should be controlled in those experiments is the Hydrogen or Deuterium loading ratio. It is notoriously difficult to maintain in typical electrolysis setups where an absorbing electrode, made of Palladium for example, needs to be enriched with, say, Deuterium atoms.
It has been pointed out that it is easier to do in codeposition processes where both the Palladium and Deuterium are simultaneously deposited on a gas impermeable electrode. The Hydrogen/Deuterium Charging System is optimized for this kind of processes.
The system includes a custom-designed cuvette tailored to meet given requirements and custom made software experiment for the codeposition. If requested, it can also be equipped with a electrolyte or the sample temperature monitor.
